Anchored in the ancestral traditions of Moroccan coastal fishing, and since its inception in 1968, El Jabri group sought to capture the gourmet Mediterranean flavor found in the Moroccan fish in order to share it with the world. Today, El Jabri group has 15 factories located in coastal cities in Morocco and dedicated to serving customers all around the world. MAPI was started in 2006, and focused on gourmet handmade artisanal fish products while integrating the core business principles of Eljabri group (Quality, customer service, efficient logistics).

The fish is canned by trained professionnals, using Sunflower, Escabeche, Tomatoor Natural Oil, and comes in sizes ranging from 90g to 1000g.
With regard to the company’s philosophy, the final product is at the center of our concerns: MAPI’s fish-processing method consists of four main delicate steps aiming at conserving all the flavors and keeping the product at highest quality.
